MY APPROACH
Rehab That Helps You Move With Confidence
Physiotherapy is not just about easing pain for a few days.
It is about understanding why the issue is happening and building a plan that helps you move properly again.
My approach combines assessment, movement correction, strength work, and clear progression, so your recovery is structured rather than random.
The goal is simple: reduce pain, rebuild confidence and help you return to training, work and daily life with more control.

Avkash
ACL Reconstruction

Avkash originally came to me as a personal training client. After suffering an ACL rupture during football, he went on to have reconstruction surgery, using part of his hamstring tendon to help rebuild the ligament.
Once he was ready to begin rehab, we focused first on restoring mobility, reducing stiffness and helping him regain confidence in the knee.
From there, we gradually progressed into strength work, rebuilding the muscles around the affected leg and improving control, stability and confidence.
The goal was not just to get him moving again. It was to help him return properly to the gym, football and boxing with a stronger, more resilient body.

Seema
Humerus’s Fracture

Seema came to me after suffering a fall that left her with a fractured left humerus. Her goal was to regain full range of motion in her arm, rebuild upper body strength and get back into a proper fitness routine after pregnancy.
We started by focusing on simple, controlled movements that carried over into daily life, including lifting, carrying and picking up objects safely.
As her arm recovered, we progressed into structured strength training using dumbbells, kettlebells and functional exercises to rebuild confidence and control.
From there, Seema moved into a full gym-based programme focused on upper body strength, fat loss and overall fitness.
She has now lost the excess body fat, become fitter than before and can even complete a set of 10 pull-ups.

Bhavin
Lower Back Pain

Bhavin came to me after years of working an office-based job with a long daily commute. Over time, this led to tightness through his lower back and hips, which eventually contributed to sciatic nerve pain.
We focused on improving his overall strength, fitness and movement quality while also working towards reducing body fat.
Alongside his training, sports massage was used to help reduce tightness in key areas, including the lower back, glutes and hamstrings.
The goal was to help him move more freely, feel stronger and build a body that could cope better with the demands of daily life.
