The Mind Behind MuradFitness
Get To Know Me
I’m a qualified Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer who’s been running MuradFitness since 2016. Over the years, I’ve helped over 500 clients regain control of their health—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through structured exercise, nutrition, rehabilitation, and mindset coaching. My mission is simple: to guide people back to their strongest, most resilient selves by giving them the tools, structure, and support they need to get there.
My work isn’t limited to physical transformation—I also coach clients toward lasting behavioural change. I’ve helped clients become personal trainers themselves and mentored fellow professionals on how to scale, manage, and grow successful fitness businesses.
Beyond coaching, I’ve built a strong foundation in digital media and business strategy. From website design and SEO to content creation, video production, and marketing, I’ve developed the digital skill set needed to thrive in today’s fitness landscape.
I’m often recognised for my emotional intelligence, maturity, punctuality, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. While I don't seek the spotlight, I do take pride in public speaking—whether I’m on a podcast, addressing a corporate team, or speaking at a school, I bring the same direct, energising message: resilience is everything.
My ethos is rooted in the belief that adversity builds strength. I teach that “the path of most resistance becomes the path of least resistance over time.” In other words, doing what’s difficult now sets you up for ease later. No obstacle is too great if you're willing to face it head-on.
If you’re looking for someone to tell it to you straight, guide you with purpose, and challenge you to rise above your limits, then you’ve found the right coach.
My Ethos
"Resilience is the ability to withstand difficult situations without giving up...
We all encounter hardship in life, and we all choose to either cope or endure our battles with heartbreak, loss of a loved one, financial trouble and breaches in our mental health.
