WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR SESSION

- STEP 1 - CONSULTATION - 

Before any sports massage, you will undergo a consultation to understand what are your current limitations to day-to-day activities and/or exercise.

This will be used to determine which structures are causing the issue and provide the focus for which areas are to be treated during your sports massage. 

- STEP 2 - TREATMENT - 

Your treatment will involve techniques such as deep tissue muscle release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretches (PNF) and other advanced active muscle release techniques. 

- STEP 3 - AFTERCARE - 

After your treatment, we will also discuss what you should and shouldn't do in the days and weeks following treatment. We will also go over any changes you should make to your training and stretches you should perform safely at home.
